Effective date: October 6, 2026

Le Rêve Med Spa (“Le Rêve,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through lerevemedspa.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only.

Information you share with us as a patient, such as your medical history, treatment records and photographs taken during care, is part of your medical record. It is protected by the health privacy laws that apply to us, including California’s Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and this policy does not cover it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Consultation and contact requests: your name, email address, phone number, preferred day and time, how you’d like us to contact you (phone call, text or email), and the treatment you’re interested in.
  • Self-assessment tools: the body areas, concerns and treatments you select, the gender you choose for the body map, any message you add, and your name, email address and phone number so we can follow up.
  • Testimonials: your name, email address and the testimonial you write. We may publish your testimonial with your name.

Please don’t include medical details in a website form. We’ll go over your health history with you in person or by phone.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the Site. If you allow it, cookies and similar technologies also collect information about how you use the Site (see “Cookies and your choices” below).

How we use your information

  • To respond to your requests, schedule consultations and contact you the way you asked us to.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site.
  • With your consent, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising.
  • To comply with the law and protect our rights.

If you ask us to contact you by text, message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time, or tell us you no longer want texts.

Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow optional cookies. Optional cookies and tracking tools load only after you agree. You can change your choice at any time with the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page.

  • Necessary: always on. A cookie that remembers your consent choice for one year.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, which tells us how visitors find and use the Site (for example, pages visited and time on site). Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Advertisement: the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, which shares information about your visit with Meta so we can measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. Meta may use this to show you ads on other sites and apps. Meta’s practices are described at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn off optional cookies, and they stay off unless you turn them back on. Because there is no common standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, we rely on Global Privacy Control instead.

Some pages include content from other services, such as a Google Map on our Contact page. Those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Site and our practice, such as our website host and developer, under obligations to protect it.
  • With Google and Meta through the analytics and advertising cookies described above, and only if you allow those cookies.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the safety, rights or property of our patients, our staff or others.

Our Financing page links to third-party financing providers such as Cherry and CareCredit. If you apply with them, their own privacy policies apply.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the Your Privacy Choices link, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • Be treated equally when you use any of these rights.

To make a request, call us at (626) 564-9025 or write to us at the address below. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on a request, and you can name an authorized agent to make a request for you. California residents can also ask how we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing; we don’t do this.

Keeping your information

We keep information from website forms only as long as we need it to respond to you and run our practice, or as long as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or online transmission is completely secure.

Children

The Site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Site.

Other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as our social media pages, review sites and financing providers. We aren’t responsible for how those sites handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
